We can use laughter to heal our minds and our hearts. So, let go and find things that make you laugh out loud more. It certainly can’t hurt and just may ease your stress that you may be feeling.

When we are thankful, then we are recognizing those “God moments” in life. It can help lead us to a more fulfilling and joyful journey.
The imperfectly perfect person is who God calls.
God loves us just as we really are. In fact, we are perfect in our imperfections in the eyes of God. When we begin to see that, then we can better answer God’s call.
The choices that you make in this lifetime can define you.
How you respond to what the world throws at you, shows who you are and who you want to become. Try prayer instead when you want to react to the negativity.
In confronting the darkness, we can begin to see the light…
